Design

When it comes to designers, we collaborate with them on all projects. This includes the house architect, interior designers and landscape architects. By working with many of the same industry professionals frequently we can offer our customers phenomenal insight into materials, aesthetic, and overall direction for their project. Location

Choosing the right location for your house is just as important as building the house itself.

Quite often we are engaged upfront and our services retained as part of the process to find and identify prospective building homesites. Once we identify a prospective location we will survey and study the existing structures in order to find and map out any challenges that may affect the building process. This may include required demolition work, soil analysis, creek and stream issues, tree analysis, survey work, sewer verification, septic testing etc. By doing pre-construction site work we can set the precedent for everything that comes next and minimize any potential unforeseen issues.


Budget Development

After numerous meetings with the client to determine a complete vision of their new home, we will complete an in-depth budget to construct the clients dream home. We don’t take this portion of the journey lightly and look to provide a realistic number the client can expect to spend. Our objective is to create a budget that is based on known and forecasted costs. We would rather lose a job providing realistic budget numbers than to get a job with fictious estimates. Through out the entire project the client is supplied with updated cost analysis tracking the actual costs incurred against the projected budget. All information is presented in a transparent manner with the client seeing all invoices related to their project.

Supervision

When you sign a contract to work with us you won’t deal with a superintendent, you will deal directly with Tony Reaves, a builder with 25 years of experience that has a vested interest in your new home. You will have him by your side and on-site constantly from the beginning to the end of the project in order to ensure that you get your dream home built the way you want. Tony has decades of experience in construction which allows him to navigate around any issues that may arise, efficiently complete your project, and build you the best house possible.

Communication & Coordination

When it comes to communication with our customers, we always make sure to keep them up to date through every phase of construction during the building process.

While we communicate with customers frequently, we coordinate with subcontractors on a daily basis to make sure that your project stays on schedule and maintains the standards of quality and professionalism that our customers have come to expect.
